First and foremost..BLOGGER have just had a facelift.. Now i'll be typing in this neat little box, with a gloomy grey background. I like this new outlook.. it's neat. and simple. But the grey.. i may blame them if my entries sounds a bit on the flat side from now on ..i hope they'll do something abt it.. the usual blue n orange is cool wat.. i dont mind the background being that orange.
anyway, got my waja yesterday.. that's right.. i have a car now.. my own car, a car i will tell/write about as 'my first car' in some yrs later...uncle asri delivered it yesterday eve to the office.. so the journey home yesterday was the most exciting ever..(though it'll help if i brought along a pair of sandals, i dont enjoy driving with high heels) i'm going crazy..
i took almost 10 mins to get the parking perfect, not that it's hard to side park given the size (i've been driving nissan serena). i just want it to be perfect..it's like a first night thing (told u i'm going crazy!)(.. and when i went up, i quickly hurried to my bedroom window, to have a 16th floor posterior view of the lovely new toy. ahh... perfect, me in my room, with a view of my car.
little2things abt that big toy ..hehe
- the bontot is so tonggek, it's kinda hard to park with such limited view.. reminds me of our alfa 155 dulu.. all alfas are like that pun anyway.
- the volume/control button at the steering is sooo cool.. gives me the 'in control' feeling
- the steering is placed quite low..well..i acknowledge that my thighs are just too thick..but, ceteris paribus, it's still considered low.. i've driven satria n wira before.. and it doesnt feel like this. not that i'm complaining (already!).. i guess the concept here is like those sporty car.. the steering IS smaller too.. and the view, it feels as though i'm literally on the ground. not much of a fan of such vertically challenged vehicle.. but it's ok.
-there's a minor scratch on the mirror
-it's quite quiet
-the seat really tucks me in
-the sound system is cool
-the air-con, like all proton cars are way too cool for my layers of lemak, even at the lowest of temp n fan. unbelievable, but true.
ok.. i guess this obsession will go on for quite sometime.. it has to, cos this eve i'm banking out the sum to pay to papa already..
there goes..
budget plan II starts
now, on to one of my biggest decision of the yr.
i've submitted the CIMA application form. meaning i have concluded to choose this over CPA. well.. unless i change my mind, again, at the cost of 109pound. i guess i wont.
so, giventake a month, i'll start my ACCOUNTING professional course soon.. who would've thought huh?
maybe in actual truth, i do like a/c.. it's just abt being jual mahal..
it was the subject i studied most, and scored well..
*looking left n right*.. nope.. i dont think so. i'm not one of these ppl.. i'm no accountant, or ever wannabe one. now how on earth do i explain this anxiousness to start this CIMA course? ;)
the BIG issue on the littlest thing
to buy or not to buy?
i got a good offer on SonyEricsson T310 and Motorola C300..
it'll cost me quite a percentage of my savings now.. but it is still a GOOD offer.. more like 70% discount. i wont think twice if my current nokia8210 is doing fine.. but truth is, silly me dunked it in my coffee last week.. i can only click the green and red handhone sign and some few other button. SMSing requires such a great deal of creativity with it. in short, it's time to say goodbye. in fact, i've been checking out the models, the low-end one of course to replace it last week. i'm sooooo far left out in the mobile trend nowadays..
i kinda stop somewhere at nokia butterfly, so go figure.
should i?
do i really need a mobile with built in camera?
so wat if the screen is not colored?
polyphonic do sounds irritating at times anyway...
heh..too long dah
i guess the grey backround doesnt have any impact on my blogging ability watsoever.. ehehe
