today has been a tiring day..
and i had a late nite last nite.. so i'm currently in a terrible state..
today, first ever meeting.. gilababi.. they were damn right when they told me that the 'lady sitting in the manager room' is a singa betina..
today i saw how a small female creature like her belittle a peer, a very nice lady in her 40s, an old n experiences man, 2 youngblooded males, a chattable guy with an excellent PR..and a huge man double her size. And these people are committed staff.. working late hours.. even sacrificing lunch sometimes. i guess it shows.. behind these 4 walls of corporate organisation.. anything can happen.. as long as u have the power.

it sets me thinking.. does it not pay if she were to be a little bit nicer? would her staff be too complacent if she were to give them some respect? cant she meet her dateline without shouting around..
well.. maybe she is justified in her action.. to a certain level that is..

but i still believe there are lots of ways in doing things..
anything can happen as long as u have the power (and maybe a little empathy)

*it's 6.15 pm and these ppl are still glued to their desks..- NOT ME I GUESS!!!..esok raya woii!!
