just got back from selesa hillhomes..
went to genting yesterday and actually climbed bukit tinggi (well..by carlah) to see that watevatopicana place.. to our dismay, it rained in time for our arrival at the ticket gate.. since it's a bit pointless to pay $18 to experience japanese tea house, feed the rabbits and walk around the tropics in a drizzle.. we made our way back to selesa and head back home..
i was in a shopping mood today... well, i do NEED a pair of black shoes for office wear.. and more baju kurung. i came to realize that there are ready-made baju kurung in my size these days.. malaysian market is becoming sensitive afterall.. sensitive enough that (i assume) all the shops closed on CNY. eheh.. wateva.. definitely going out tomorrow..

GENTING HIGHLAND NIGHTMARE
genting highland - boring.. and it has become yet another Land of the Mat Rempits.. seriously.. they were in herdsss i tell u. paling irritating when they were shouting about.. making stupid jokes.. racist comments.. they really know how to get on my nerves... imagine having a loud guy making jokes about those screaming on the rides while shouting this on top of his voice "DO U REALLY SCARED??" well..not once i tell u.. it went on for the whole 45 minutes.. and yes.. even my chinese-looking younger brother insisted on 'taking action' on the guy when he passed racist comments at a bunch of indian guys go-carting near by.. "Eeee... gelapnya dunia.. bodoh.. dtg jauh2 main kereta bangang pakai enjin mesin rumput ni!"
i was like... the hell??? but of course.. my bro didnt do anything.. at least not with me being there..
worst.. paid $29 for the outdoor theme park pass and only managed to go on one ride, since the rest are closed due to bad weather.. i just cant understand why they keep on selling tickets when there are no rides available.. yes, the discalimer in the ticket says that they are not liable for the weather changes, but how can we actually tell that it's all nice n sunny out there when we're not allowed to go out unless we're with tickets.. and yes.. they are still selling outdoor tickets when the whole park is dead due to bad weather.. and there are still clueless buyers queueing for the tickets...
.. oohh.. by the way.. the 45 minutes queueing.. ended after the attendant told us that the ride is close.. huh???? i remembered starting to queue at the point where it says "30 minutes from here" and halfway from the sign to the other end of the queue (yes.. and that took 45 minutes) they tell us to disperse.. if i never curse here before, this would be the most justified time.. but it's all over

other than genting highland, selesa hillhome stay was pretty ok.. it was a refreshing change and i havent been there for years..

oohh!.. i'm starting work this coming wednesday!
we'll be reporting on 5th of Feb 2003.. and hetz will soon leave for her masters.. good on ya mate!..
learned that i'll be attached to pharmaniaga in bukit raja.. which is well out of the way to kl..
oh well... not that i really mind.. but i guess i need to get myself my own car afterall.. with some help from papa.. let me say.. borrowingsla.. since dah mention that i dont want him to help with the downpayment pun kalau boleh.. i dont want to bit my tongue n swallow my words. but then again, i will only start in pharmaniaga after 6 months in renong bhd. i can still car pool with ben n suhaimi to renong berhad.. so that gives me 6 months to save for the downpayment..
hmmm.. been reading 'Rich dad, Poor dad' by Robert Kiyosaki lately.. hence all this.. ehehe

anyway, got to go mandilah
going out with hetz n jazlan later.. jazlan n his sis's family are here from spore for a week i think.. hetz must be busy...
aaaa.a.aaa.....next week win balik.. or maybe the week after..
really keen... but a week or 2 more doesnt make any more different...
he was suppose to pick me up when i arrived from brisbane the other day!.. ehehe... yeah.. i dont forget easily, do i?
